This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs purchases made through the Flavorsh website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy. Due to the perishable nature of our products, specific conditions apply to returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Nature of Products

Flavorsh deals in perishable food products, including fresh mutton, chicken, and eggs items.

Due to the perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature of these products, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order:

• Before it is processed or dispatched

• Within the time window shown on the app (if applicable)

If cancellation is successful before dispatch:

• 100% refund will be issued

• Refund will be processed to the original payment method

B. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

• The order is packed

• The order is dispatched

• The delivery partner is assigned

This is due to food safety and quality control regulations.

C. Company-Initiated Cancellation

Flavorsh reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

• Product unavailability

• Delivery address outside service area

• Suspected fraudulent transaction

• Payment failure

• Force majeure events

In such cases, full refund will be processed.

3. Return Policy

A. No General Returns

Due to the perishable nature of products, Flavorsh does not accept returns once:

• The product is delivered

• The package is opened

• The product has been handled or stored improperly by the customer

B. Eligible Return Scenarios

Return or replacement may be considered only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Missing items

• Damaged packaging at delivery

• Product found spoiled at the time of delivery

• Quality issue reported immediately upon delivery

C. Reporting Timeline

To be eligible for resolution:

• Complaint must be raised within 30 mins of delivery

• Supporting photos/videos must be provided

• Product must not be consumed or discarded before inspection

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

4. Refund Policy

A. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be processed if:

• Cancellation approved before dispatch

• Quality issue verified

• Product unavailable

• Delivery failure due to Flavorsh error

Refund approval is subject to verification by our quality team.

B. Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed via:

• Original payment method

Refund timelines:

• UPI / Wallet: 2–5 business days

• Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days

• Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Actual timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.

C. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases of:

• Missing items

• Quantity mismatch

• Minor quality issues

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in cases of:

• Incorrect delivery address provided by customer

• Customer unavailable at delivery time

• Delivery refused without valid reason

• Improper storage after delivery

• Taste preference complaints

• Minor variations in weight (industry standard variance applies)

6. Weight Variation Clause

As fresh meat products are naturally variable:

• Slight weight differences may occur

• Billing will be based on actual weight supplied

• Industry-accepted variance standards apply

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address

• Customer unreachable

• Security restrictions

The order may be cancelled without refund.

8. Quality Assurance Review

All complaints are subject to:

• Internal quality inspection

• Evidence verification

• Decision at sole discretion of Flavorsh

Fraudulent refund claims may lead to account suspension.

9. Force Majeure

Flavorsh shall not be liable for delays or failure due to:

• Natural disasters

• Pandemic restrictions

• Government orders

• Transportation disruption

• Unforeseen operational issues

10. Policy Updates

Flavorsh reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with updated date.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
