We may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the requester before processing the deletion request.

8.2 What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Upon successful verification and confirmation of your request:

We will permanently delete or anonymize the following personal data associated with your account:

• Name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Saved delivery addresses

• Profile information

• Saved preferences and favorites

• Authentication credentials and tokens

• Push notification identifiers

Your account will no longer be accessible, and you will not be able to recover it once deleted.

8.3 Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required for:

• Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations (including tax and accounting requirements)

• Fraud prevention and security investigations

• Resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements
